Pork with red pepper is a very simple and easy dish to make for lunch or dinner. I hope you will enjoy it.
1 cup pork (slices)
1 cup red bell pepper (slices)
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup vegetable soup broth
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat then add pork. Stir-fry then add pepper, broth, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until it is cooked. Remove from the heat and serve.
