Fruit Salsa with Salmon

Another summer dish that I like to cook. This dish is very easy and tasty. My son loves fruit, especially berries, but he doesn't like salmon very much. I made this to go with salmon, and it seemed to help him to eat more fish.

2 cups diced pineapple
¾ cup chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup diced red-bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt

Put all the ingredients mix well and chill. Serve this dish on grilled fish (Salmon) or chicken.

Preheat a grill over high heat and place salmon on the grill until it cooked.

Ooo - I made a fruit salsa with nectarines just the other day - lovely with fish! Your fruit salsa looks really nice for a BBQ!
