Chicken with Ginger

Ginger is very good for digestion. I like the young ginger taste, and chicken with ginger is another dish that I like to eat with rice.

1 cup chicken (pork, seafood, beef)
1/2 cup oyster mushroom
1/4 cup carrot (slices)
1/2 cup young ginger
1 tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable soup broth
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat then add chicken or (pork, seafood, beef). Stir-fry then add mushroom, carrot, ginger, broth, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until it is cooked. Remove from the heat and serve.
