Seafood Salad

I like this salad because it is not too heavy. I make this for lunch and dinner.

2-3 cups mix seafood (shrimp, squid) or shrimp (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup sweet red grapes tomatoes
1/3 cup red onion
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
4 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup Cilantro
Shred romaine lettuce (as desire)
Some ground Thai chili or fresh Thai chili (if you like spicy then you can add this)

Boil and drain the seafood. Put it in a bowl. Cut cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into small pieces. Add seafood and vegetable together. Add sugar, soy sauce, lime juice in a small bowl, mix well. After that pour the sauce into the seafood and vegetable bowl add cilantro. Mix well. Put shred romaine lettuce on a plate as desire and put the seafood mix on top. Serve.
