Lovely curry! Where do you get the Masaman curry paste from? Asian shops? I haven't heard from it so excuse my ignorence. Is Masaman the brand?

Wokandspoon-- Yes, you can get this Masaman curry paste at the Asian market. If you go to the Thai food section, I believe you will see it right away. Some spell Masman curry paste. The brand I use here in the US is Mae Ploy. Thanks for stopping by my site. This curry actually good with Malaysian Roti too. Let me know.

Hi. I am so excited to find this recipe. My family and I just got back from eating at a Thai buffet. Masman chicken curry was on the buffet and we all loved it. Your recipe looks just like theirs! I'm going to the Asian market tomorrow to get all the stuff to make it. Thanks so much!!
