Spicy Thai Egg Plant Salsa


This is very spicy. Be careful!


1 Thai egg plant (grilled)
5-7 jalapeño (grilled)
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1-2 tbsp hot water

Grill the egg plant and jalapenos and peel the skin off then cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl add soy sauce, lime juice, hot water. Mix well and toss toasted sesame seeds. Serve with hot rice and fresh vegetables.
